Continuous Enrollment
2025-2026
For the 2025-2026 school year, Saint Eugene School will utilize Continuous Enrollment for students currently enrolled in our school. Continuous Enrollment assumes that once enrolled, a child will continue their education until graduation from eighth grade. Since most of our families remain year after year, Continuous Enrollment will streamline the re-registration process by reducing time and paperwork for parents and school staff. Continuous Enrollment will also make planning for the next school year more efficient.
Current school families in grades PreK- 7 will automatically be enrolled February 1, 2025, guaranteeing placement for the 2025-2026 school year.
The re-registration fee of $150.00 per family will be added to your Blackbaud Tuition account in February on the first or fifteenth of the month as you have chosen.
To ensure placement before open registration, if you are planning to register a sibling who will be new to our school in PreK - 7th grade, please email Mrs. Barbara Virga at [email protected] and copy Mrs. McBlain at [email protected] by January 17, 2025. Tuition rates will be communicated to you by the end of January.
If your situation has changed and you are not planning to re-register your child/ren at Saint Eugene School for next school year, visit www.sainteugeneschool.org, click on Re-Registration and scroll down to the “Opt Out” form. Please complete the form by Friday, January 24, 2025. By Opting Out, you will forfeit financial aid awards.
Should you later decide to return to Saint Eugene School, the Application Form will need to be completed and Application Fee paid. Additionally your child/ren will be subject to Saint Eugene School having space available in their grade(s). The FACTS Financial Aid application will need to be resubmitted and awards will be made with any remaining funds, if available.
We fully understand the sacrifices families make to provide a Catholic education for their children. It is most important that all families apply for financial aid through FACTS found on our website. There is no guarantee that an applicant will receive financial aid, however, the income requirements to apply are extremely generous.
Please know I am available if you have any questions concerning the above information. You may call the school office at 610-622-2909 or email me at [email protected].
Thank you for entrusting your children to us and for choosing Saint Eugene School for an academic, rigorous curriculum in a Christ-centered environment.
Mrs. Diana Thompson,
Principal
